Poster sessions are a key part of the programme, offering an interactive and visually engaging way to share your work and connect with participants.

Posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference with dedicated Poster Sessions taking place during lunch breaks
Format & Requirements
- All posters will be presented onsite.
- Posters must be printed and brought by the presenter

The Conference Secretariat will not provide printing services. If needed, we can assist in identifying printing services near the venue

Portrait format is required. Landscape format will not be accepted.

Poster boards will be provided onsite. Posters will be mounted using double sided tape, which will be available at the venue

Content & Design
Your poster should present a clear and visually engaging summary of your work and include:
- Title of your paper (consistent with your submission)
- Author name(s)
- Affiliation(s)
We recommend organising your poster into clear sections, such as:
- Background / Context
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Design Tips
- Keep text concise and easy to read
- Use bullet points instead of long paragraphs
- Ensure strong contrast between text and background
- Use mixed-case text (avoid ALL CAPS)
- Recommended font size: minimun 14pt
- All content must be in English
- Include a QR code linking to additional resources, publications, or contact details
Visual Elements
- Use charts, graphs, and images to communicate your message
- Prioritise visuals over dense text
- Ensure all visuals are clear and easy to interpret
- Avoid decorative elements that reduce readability
Pro Tip: Your poster should be easy readable from a distance of 1 - 2 metres
Display & Poster Sessions
All posters will remain displayed for the entire duration of the conference, from Wednesday, 28 October to Friday, 30 October 2026 in a dedicated poster area at the venue. Posters will not be rotated.
Dedicated Poster Sessions will take place during lunch breaks
Presenters are strongly encouraged to stand by their posters during these sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity to engage with attendees, answer questions, and discuss your work

Mounting & Removal
- Posters do not need to be submitted in advance
- Poster numbers and display locations will be assigned in advance and communicated to presenters together with their board number.
- Mounting will begin from Wednesday morning, and posters should be removed by the conclusion of the farewell drink on Friday.
- Posters that are not removed by the specified deadline will be discarded by the organisers
