The 16th European Evaluation Biennial Conference 2026 will be an in-person event held at the Lille Grand Palais in Lille, France.

Professional Development Workshops: Monday & Tuesday, 26-27 October 2026
Workshop selection will be available in the registration link in mid-May.

Main Conference: Wednesday-Friday, 28-30 October 2026

Conference programme is planned to be published in mid-June.
The official language of the Conference and Professional Development Workshops is English.
With the exception of two pre-conference workshops, which may be delivered in French. More information will follow once the PDWs are published (expected by mid-May).

The 2026 registration fees reflect only a modest 5% increase compared to 2024, while offering enhanced value. This year, the fee includes light lunches as well as welcome and farewell receptions, enhancing the overall conference experience.

We kindly advise visa applicants to initiate the registration process at their earliest convenience.

  • A visa invitation letter can be requested via the registration link (once the registration is opened). The invitation letter is issued once registration payment has been completed.
  • If you are unsure if you require a visa to travel to France, please consult this website.
