Participant registration for the in-person conference is scheduled to open mid-April 2026. Further details will follow in the coming weeks. To pre-register and receive updates, please sign up here.

The 2026 registration fees reflect only a modest 5% increase compared to 2024, while offering enhanced value. This year, the fee includes light lunches as well as welcome and farewell receptions, enhancing the overall conference experience.

The 16th European Evaluation Biennial Conference 2026 will be an in-person event held at the Lille Grand Palais in Lille, France.

Professional Development Workshops: Monday & Tuesday, 26th-27th October 2026.
Main Conference: Wednesday-Friday, 28th-30th October 2026.

The official language of the Conference and Professional Development Workshops is English.
With the exception of two pre-conference workshops, which may be delivered in French. More information will follow once the PDWs are published (expected by mid-May).

We kindly advise visa applicants to initiate the registration process at their earliest convenience.

  • A visa invitation letter can be requested via the registration link (once the registration is opened). The invitation letter is issued once registration payment has been completed.
