Welcome Reception
Join your colleagues and friends at the Lille Grand Palais for the Welcome Reception.
This opening reception is the perfect way to end the first day of the conference - reconnect with peers, meet new participants, and enjoy the atmosphere of the EES Conference.
Drinks will be served in an informal setting, offering a relaxed environment for networking.
The Welcome Reception is included in the conference registration fee. An additional ticket for an accompanying person can be purchased during the online registration process.

Networking Evening
The Networking Evening will take place on the evening of the second day of the conference.
It is an excellent opportunity to network, reconnect with colleagues and friends, and make new connections.

Ticket: 45 EUR (incl. 20% VAT), not included in the conference registration fee

Farewell Drink
The Farewell Drink will take place at the conference venue on the last day of the conference, following the conclusion of the programme.
Join your colleagues one last time to reflect on the past days, exchange final thoughts, and say goodbye in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
